In August 1999, the company was restructured into Guangzhou Xinzhidi Environmental Protection Industry Co., Ltd., and the company was reformed in November 2018. Changed its name to Guangzhou Xinzhidi Environmental Protection Industry Co., Ltd. The company is a leading domestic manufacturer of environmental protection equipment and a high-tech enterprise and innovative enterprise recognized by Guangdong Province.

The company is mainly engaged in the research, development, production and sales of "Xinzhidi" series of environmentally friendly products. Among them, the scraper suction machine, biological filter deodorizing device, integrated sewage treatment equipment, and sludge advanced treatment system are our core products.

The company has established two subsidiaries, Qingyuan Xinzhidi Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Shuizhidao Ecological Environment Rehabilitation Co., Ltd., which are engaged in the production, processing and installation of mechanical equipment and water environment ecological restoration.

The company's products have been distributed in 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions across the country, including Taiwan Province, which are exported to the African market, and gradually expand the Southeast Asian market.
