Multiple Options for Materials and Parts

There are multiple options for materials and parts. Which can be flexibly selected and matched according to the different requirements of customers such as cost, operation, maintenance and monitoring. According to different requirements, biofilter deodorizer’s surround panels, odor collection pipes can use FRP, stainless steel or PP, etc. Also, according to requirements, we can supply centrifugal fan, water pumps, PH meters, heaters, online/portable H2S monitoring instruments, Online/portable NH3 monitoring instrument, other monitoring devices, steel ladder and platform, etc.

Biofilter Deodorizer can purify and treat gases containing a variety of medium and low concentrations of malodorous substances such as H2S, NH3, methanethiol, etc., which are coming from wastwater treatment, garbage treatment and other fields. In principle, biofilter deodorizer has the characteristics of first malodorous gas adsorption, and then metabolism and degradation by microorganisms, so it has better resistance to shock load. The fillers of biofilter deodorizer is added with various components which can balance pH value and nutrients, etc. There is no need to add any additives during the operation process, and the operation and maintenance is very convenient (no additional operators are required).

The appearance is clean and beautiful. Biofilter Deodorizer adopts a modular design with a high degree of functional integration in the module. The module has only a few pipe connections such as the water supply module, all water pumps, valves, meters, water tanks, etc. are integrated in the water supply cabinet and only through two connecting water pipe to the module. The appearance of biofilter deodorizer is industrialized designed with elegant appearance and suitable color. The color of the FBP panels can be selected from green, blue, white, gray, etc., and the stainless steel panel can be selected in various forms such as wiredrawing, frosted and mirror.
